Intersted in joining Bal Maethor?

Bal Maethor is about having fun, and our recruitment policy ensures that we maintain that environment for our members. This process is designed to ensure you get the type of guild you want, and get we get the kind of player we want. Playing with people you don't like, isn't very much fun. With this in mind, there are some basic requirements to applying to Bal Maethor.

Read the Guild Charter

All potential applicants must read and agree to the Guild Charter.

Register with the website

If you have read our Charter and are still interested, you will need to register with the website.

Post your application in the forums

Once you have completed your registration with the website, you will need to post your application in the recruitment section of our Forums

Sponsorship

Upon submission of your application, you will have one week from the time of the post, to secure a sponsor. A sponsor is any full member of the guild. Sponsors cannot be members who are on probationary status. Once a sponsor has come forward on your behalf, an officer will contact you in game and discuss your application. If you have not secured a sponsor by the one week requirement, your application will be archived until a member is willing to sponsor you.

Probation Period

Applicants who have secured a sponsor will be invited into the guild. You will spend two weeks a probationary member. This two week period is time for you to make yourself known throughout the guild. At the end of this two week period, if there are no objections, the probationary member will be granted full access to the guild forums and be eligible for rewards (i.e. phat lewt) from guild events if applicable. The guild reserves the right to remove any probationary member from the guild without notice if they violate the spirit and letter of the guild charter.
